Mother's Morning Out
Program Objective
To develop the child physically, mentally, socially and emotionally with age appropriate activities in dance, gymnastics, and swim.
To nurture and to interest in the fine arts, such as dance, and an understanding of gymnastics and swim, as well as provide a careful balance or physical activity, large music appreciation and socialization skills.
To foster the individuality of each child while teaching cooperation and team spirit.
To provide a fun and productive alternative to "babysitting" for parents to have a morning of free time.
Program Schedule
Mon, Tue, Wed, Thurs, Fri, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon
Mother's Morning Out Program includes a choice from these two options:
* Option #1 - 45 minutes each of ballet, tap, and gymnastics class with an additional
30 minutes "snack & chat" (refreshments and story time).
-- No more than twelve students per teacher, maximum, and usually eight to ten in an average class.
-- Ages: 3,4,5 years old.
Supplies needed: Girls- black leotards, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, and black tap shoes.
Boys- black shorts, red t-shirt, black ballet shoes, and black tap shoes.
* Option #2 - 45 minutes each of ballet and gymnastics, and a 30 minute swim class with an
additional 30 minutes "snack and chat" time (refreshments and story time).
-- Limited to eight students per teacher in swim class
-- Ages: 3,4,5 years old
Supplies needed: Girls - black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, swim suit, and towel.
Boys- black shorts, red T-shirt, black ballet shoes, swimsuit, and towel.
Note: ALL students are required to participate in Jackie's annual dance recital and gymnastics gymkana.
Registrations are accepted year-round based on availability. If you are interested in one of our Mother's Morning Out programs, please feel free to contact the admissions office at 512-282-7739. Registration forms may be downloaded here, however, a completed form DOES NOT guarantee enrollment in the program.
